iPhone 17 Pro Screen Separating from Frame (Near Speaker) - Left Side Only. Is this a common issue?

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with my new iPhone 17 Pro, and I'm looking for advice or to see if others are facing the same problem.

The Situation: Today I noticed that the screen is starting to lift or separate from the aluminum frame on the left side of the phone, specifically near the earpiece/top speaker area. The separation is minimal but clearly visible and concerning.

My Phone's Condition:

I have been using a screen protector and a protective case since day one.
The phone has never been dropped or subjected to any hard impact or water damage. It's physically pristine, which makes this issue even more surprising.

The Question: Has anyone else encountered this separation/delamination issue on the iPhone 17 Pro? Is this a known manufacturing defect, possibly related to battery swelling (though I haven't noticed any other signs of that), or an adhesive failure?

It’s a brand new iPhone, just take it back to point of purchase or an Apple Store or contact Apple Support. No one here works for Apple or can make decisions on warranty matters.

I believe i’s the first time the issue has been mentioned here. You’re within the return period for the device, so just return it. Problem solved and you won’t need to worry about it.

I certainly have not seen any posts or reports of this anywhere. Your phone came with a 14 day return policy, since you're within that time frame, return it for refund and get the phone replaced.
