What is the best device for connecting an iPhone 16 Pro to my microscope to capture the magnified image? Is there a trick to adjusting it? I just get reflections from the glass in the eyepiece.

Something like this will work. It’s an Amazon link to specific product designed for adapting iPhones to microscope eyepiece. You’ll probably need to use a third party camera app to prevent the fusion camera from confusing lenses.
What is the diameter of the microscope eyepiece you’re trying to attach your iPhone to? For best results you may need to use a third party app. Third party apps can select just one lens/camera and bypass the Fusion camera and the switching of lenses.
The eyepiece's external diameter is ~38 mm.
