I upgraded to latest update and ever since the battery drains at night when I’m not even using it. I’ve changed to the dark mode, checked battery usage settings and turned off location settings. Anyone else notice this issue?

Are you plugging your iPhone in at night and letting it charge, as recommended? If not, that explains the issue you’re experiencing. After an upgrade a lot of indexing and syncing with iCloud is scheduled at night. This is so it doesn’t slow down your iPhone as much during the day and interfere with your daily routine as much.
Plug your iPhone in at night (at least for a few days) and see if things don’t improve.
