iPhone 14 with unlimited data plan shows 'No Service' and missing cellular data options
I currently have an iPhone 14 with an unlimited data plan. Yesterday, my data went out randomly after seemingly having no issues. I tried restarting my phone to see if maybe I had just used up my data since most ‘unlimited’ plans are still able to be used up, but nothing changed. I changed location and it still showed ‘No Service’ with zero bars and I can’t use anything with WiFi or send messages to non-IOS numbers. When I restarted my phone, the toggle to turn my data back on from the quick menu can’t be pressed at all and in Cellular Data, all the options were completely wiped besides my primary number, the option to turn my line on and off, and to add an eSIM. Is this a problem with my phone or a problem with my provider? How do I get my cellular data back when I’m still paying for it?
