iPhone 14 battery draining fast and unable to charge to max

my iphone 14 battery draining fast and unable to be charged to max. It keeps around 30-35%. I have restarted the device but it still the same issue. How to solve the problem?

Try leaving it on the Charger overnight. If you recently updated the battery can drain pretty quickly but only temporarily as it has to index and update all your data and apps. It can seem as it isn't charging because it drains pretty quickly the first few days but will return to normal.


If it is charging a bit it wouldn't be a charging port issue, that would be if it didn't charge at all. So if that doesn't solve it, check your battery health in Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging. If it's below 80%, it would need replacing.
