I received a text from my daughter and when I tried to respond, I got this message:
“Cannot Send Message
iMessage needs to be enabled to send this message.”
I can text with others but not with her. I was able to yesterday, but not now? I checked all my settings and even turned my phone off and back on. Any suggestions?

Try opening Settings and going to Apps > Messages > Send & Receive, then make sure your number has a check next to it.
