iOS 26 update disabled Personal Hotspot on iPhone 16 Pro Max

Have you updated to iOS 26.0.1 yet, the latest operating version? It fixed a bug some users had where they were unable to connect to a cellular network. Try that, and if you have done so, then contact your wireless carrier for further help.
