Payment method not working and can’t redeem gift card it needs to be enable, Face ID not working…….

purchase So i’m trying to make a purchase on an app, they ask for face id then they ask for the card. i give the information. then it says that this form of payment is invalid for itunes. i don’t use itunes.

my gift card wont let me redeem it when i go to the apple store and try to redeem my apple gift card it says it cannot be redeemed i put it in like 3 times and made sure i went over the letters right but it still didn’t work even when i used the camera option it just froze trying to read my card.

Unable to redeem gift card After scanning the code, the App Store will not load. I cannot enter my password to redeem the card. No error messages show. Unable to add money to account anywhere in the App Store.
