No. You didn't. There are no known viruses in the wild that can infect an iPhone that has not been jailbroken.

Most unlikely. If you got a popup that says your phone has a virus, it is a scam (Let me guess, they want to sell you anti virus or need your login info). Ignore it.
“Anti-virus” software that can “disinfect” an iPhone is snake oil. The same sandboxing that prevents apps from infecting other apps also prevents “anti-virus” apps from modifying them.
What makes you think you have a virus? In my experience free antivirus software does more harm than good.
I would go further, with any free software, YOU and your data are the product, they must pay the bills somehow.
Paid for security software is different, your data is pribably not in danger, but you are wasting money on unnecessary software, and probably losing performance.
