Battery life on Apple Watch degraded after update

My watch would usually last all night (10 PM- 6 AM) and still have enough charge for my long runs in the morning. Now, after the recent update, the charge only lasts until 2 AM. I charged it and it wouldn't make my full long run.

How can I fix this.

Battery life Hi I have an Apple Watch Series 4 in settings it shows battery health at 100% but on a full charge it only lasts on average for 11hrs, even if I leave the watch on a shelf it still only lasts the same amount of time. Apple watch battery Hi I recently updated to watchos 10 and the battery life is really bad. I have to charge it throughout the day now even when i barely use it. The battery health has also gone down after updating. This NEVER happened before updating and i already restarted the watch. Any one else with the same issue or any help?
