iPhone 14 Pro Max alarm clock LED flashing stopped after iOS26 update

I am using an iPhone 14 Pro Max.

About the time iOS26 was installed, the flashing LED for my alarm clock stopped working.  It used to flash and play the audio alarm.  The clock alarm audio plays fine. Alarms are enabled and the LED flashes for other alarms. 

I shut off and restarted the phone. No change. iOS 26.0.1 is now installed.

No focuses are enabled. Any help is appreciated.

Note: When setting Do Not Disturb, the same apps are shown for silence and allow notifications?  This makes no sense. Why both allow and silence the same apps?  Clock does not appear as an option to add to

either one.
