iOS 26 keyboard not appearing in some apps

In some applications, more than a few including stock apps, the keyboard does not appear when tapping on text fields. It also doesn’t awake upon refresh.

iOS 18.3 keyboard issues on iPad Air (A2902) since updating my ipad air, model A2902, to ios 18.3, i am having issues with the on-screen keyboard. The numeric key is not staying on.. it reverts back to alpha in less than a second. Also, typing is erratic.. missing or dropping keystrokes.
