Severe battery drain after updating to iOS 26.0.1 on iPhone 15 Pro

Since updating to iOS 26.0.1, I’ve noticed extreme battery drain. I now have to charge my iPhone three times a day. Is anyone else facing this issue? Any known fixes?

After updating your iPhone, an increased battery drain is temporary and expected as your iPhone has to complete many post-update processes. This includes updating all your apps, installing new features, and most commonly re-indexing all your data for search. The best thing to do is keep your iPhone charging and on Wi-Fi for these tasks to complete sooner. But it happens after every update and should only take a few days.
