Slow charging and battery percentage stuck on MacBook Pro M2 after macOS Tahoe update

Updated to mac os tahoe 26.0.1 to my m2 pro 13 inch , and noticed battery is stuck at 21% , connected adapter and coconutBattery software shows charging going slow to battery , my cycle count is 147, battery health 93, condition: normal , but if i do apple diagnostic it is battery service required , Mostly this is due to this buggy tahoe that did this. Anyone else facing this issue? Didn’t tried reinstalling Os yet

Update: I connected on my adapter intially slowly charged with 7-8 W and eventually went highest till 35W , amd i charge upto95. Whatever i checked through apple logs and all battery information, chatgpt replied there is no permanent failure , and indicating either the BMS is limiting charge to resync battery or a software glitch. Anyways already tried restart also. i also suspect tgis just Battery management doing its job to resync thats why slowly charging, very slow , need couple of days to test tahoe 26.0.1 if issue still persists
