I am not able to receive or send emails on my gmail accounts in mail, not on my phone nor my Mac.

I have an emergency icon next to my account and it says the following "Connections to the server “imap.gmail.com” on the default ports timed out."

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 26.0

Try this.

Remove the account from Mail and then re-enter it in Mail. Hopefully you remember your password to the account if asked for it.
