iPhone 11 iMessage not accepting phone number or Apple ID

This is my first time using an apple product

I got an iPhone 11 but my phone number and Apple ID is not accepted for iMessage

This is what it says below

Please who can help me solve this issue?

It's good you posted the screenshot.


The issue is bigger than iMessage. Is your iPhone's telephone function working? Check Settings > Cellular > My Number. Is that correct? As you scroll down at Settings > Cellular, do you see cellular data usage? If you check Settings > General > About ... do you see lots of data indicating your eSIM is in place and operational?
