does not display the print window

when you add an HP T630 printer, the print window does not appear.

as soon as you delete the printer, everything works fine.

I tried adding this printer on another macbook, everything works fine.

I repeat, the printer is detected normally. But the print window is not displayed.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 15.7

Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on the problem Mac?

yes, the printer was working properly. The problems only started after the reinstallation.
Then I reinstalled the system again. The problem persisted.

And when you open Excel and click on print, Excel crashes and shuts down

Right now, let us deal only with the Printer issue

Are both computers running the exact same versions of macOS, third party software which would include any third party party Printer Software

Are the connections used from both computer to the printer done in exactly the same way ?
