If you're missing photos or videos in iCloud Photos

Hello! I restored my new iPhone from iCloud, but I noticed that some photos taken during the day 04/10/2025 12:00-14:30 are missing.

They are not visible in iCloud.com or in the Photos app on my new device. Could you please check if temporary cached versions of these photos are still available on your servers?

Missing 570 photos after iOS update Hello, After updating my iPhone to the latest iOS version yesterday, approximately 500 photos and videos disappeared from my iCloud Photo Library. The photos were available two days ago, and I did not manually delete them. They are not in Recently Deleted and not available in Data Recovery. I urgently request a full iCloud Photo Library recovery check from your side, including any temporary or server-side backups prior to synchronization. Photos disappeared after syncing it with new iPhone My phone broke around the end of May 2025. I recently got a new one a few days back, and it worked fine and I synced all my photos. I just now noticed that the photos from January-May 2025 were all gone. Everything up until now is there and everything from 2024 and before are there. [Re-Titled by Moderator] Original Title: Old phone broke but was backed up, when I got my new phone and synced it, select photos were gone.

Sorry, but this is a user to user forum, and we can not access your personal data.

Generally, if you can not find the missing photos in the recently deleted folder, the data is gone.
