Update to Sequoia from Sonoma
I never updated to Sequoia from Sonoma. I am not ready to update to Tahoe. I cannot find an option to update to Sequoia from Sonoma. Where do I go to download it and update.

When Apple launches a new version, Previous OS like Sequoia are hidden from Software Update and App Store listings. You can still download Sequoia manually from Apple’s official support page, search for “macOS Sequoia installer site:apple.com” and grab the link directly from Apple. Once downloaded, open the installer and follow the prompts to upgrade from Sonoma.
You can also try from App Store.
