Bluetooth not discoverable on my iPhone 15

I just got a new iPhone 15 to replace my prior iPhone 15. The new one does not pick up any of my Bluetooth devices. I’ve cleared the network settings and gotten the most recent software update as of early October 2025. My cell phone provider says it is most likely Apple trying to make my phone obsolete so I buy a new one.

If you just open Bluetooth on the new phone and look for devices, it simply won't seem them unless they are in Pairing Mode per the manufacturers directions to put them in Pairing Mode. Have you done that? If no, they won't be seen by your new iPhone at all.

Bad guess. Your cell phone provider does not know what they are talking about.......starting with the fact that there is no hardware difference between your prior iPhone 15 and new iPhone 15.

Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop in your area.
