I use Bluetooth for my earphones because I have anxiety and listening to music helps me cope. But lately my phone keeps connecting to other phones. I've tried everything but it keeps happening.

The Z Flip is not actually connected, it just sees it. If it were actually connected it would have the I. Devices that use It goes by several names but a common one is BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). It is meant for intermittent use, unlike regular Bluetooth wich is meant for continuous data transmission like your headphones. The iPhone can see the device but will not pair with it.

You may also see other devices that do the same thing when you’re in crowed public places. Even keyless entry on autos, devices like Alexa etc. all use BLE.
