Problem with multiple esim cards after updating to ios 26

Hi everyone.

I have a physical sim and two esim cards installed on my iPhone 15 pro. Since only two lines can be active on the telephone, I used to deactivate one of my esim cards and activate the other one after work. No problem with this, until I updated to ios 26. Since this very moment, whenever I activate an esim and deactivate the other, the deactivated one shows «no number associated» and the one which I activate shows the number of the deactivated one.

Am I the only one with this problem? Does anyone know a fix for this?

Thank you.

Not in my experience, but your experience is obviously different. Please contact Apple Support. You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
