I pre-ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max on Sept 12th but it got cancelled. I ordered again and my delivery date is Oct 16th - 23rd (express delivery). Will it ship out soon? I’m just curious about it.

Your order will remain in processing until just when it is being readied to ship. Then when the phone ships, you'll get a notification and Apple will send you a tracking confirmation.
It's a bit too early for it to be shipping to you when the delivery window is October 16th - 23rd. All you can do is trust that Apple is very good about getting the phone in your hands the soonest they can. They won't charge your payment method until the status changes to preparing to ship.
