Apps icons blinking too much in this theme

every time i pick up and unlock the phone for the first time, apps icons starts blinking.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, what have you tried? If you’v e not tried anything, please try a forced restart.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If that doesn’t resolve the issue(s) I suggest getting into contact with Apple Support.

You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.

There are other troubleshooting steps such as setting to default any screen size (zoom) or text size changes you have made. Have you changed any settings in Accessability?

Icons are struggling to load even if my phone storage still 12GB free, sometimes apps getting vanished for nano seconds when I’m swiping left and right the home screen (screenshot I’ve given) or i'm quickly swiping up-down the notification bar again and again it’s clearly showing that apps icons are blinking like a indicator light. Seems like the theme is a third party app, not from apple’s own. Shocking matter is, the weather stake sometimes changing its position from top left position to center and pushing other apps, all these are happening in just seconds and then all coming back in their right positions!

all I want to say is the theme is cool and nothing to change but why apps are blinking when I quickly opening and closing "notification center" “quick action center" and "swipe left and right the home screen”
