OS Tahoe & IOS26.0 iTunes Match no longer syncing

After updating to OS Tahoe & IOS26.0 my iTunes Match no longer syncs. There is nothing on my iPhone and I've gone through all of the trouble shooting steps that I could find online and nothing seems to work. Sync Settings does nothing when I connect my iPhone to my MacBook Air.

Please help.
