What can I do if I can’t see the add eSIM option under Cellular in Settings? I already checked it is an eSIM compatible model. But the wierd thing is that I can’t see the EID number in About in Settings, but I can see it if I type the *#06# code into the phone app.

Do you see any restrictions in Settings, Screen Time, Content & privacy, Cellular?
I don't think it is a carrier problem if you have not yet added the carrier eSIM, that would error when you got to the QRcOde step. You have not gotten that far yet.

Your Carrier configures this information. So, contact them, asking them for assistance. You might have the incorrect eSIM card type.
