No sound on iPhone 11 Pro calls and media through speakers

Hi, I’m having a persistent sound issue on my iPhone 11 Pro.

The phone only plays sound through headphones — there’s no sound on calls (I can’t hear or be heard), and media volume is extremely low or silent through the main speakers.

I’ve already done all the usual troubleshooting: restarted the device, cleaned the speaker grills, reset all settings, checked Bluetooth, and confirmed that Silent Mode is off. The issue started before the latest iOS update and continued after updating.

Could this be a hardware fault (like the audio IC) or something deeper in the system? I’d appreciate diagnostic help or guidance on next steps for repair.
