iMessage on Mac no longer allow reply from within the notification popup?

I remember answering messages straight from the iMessage notification coming on my Mac. I can no longer see a reply field/button when they pop up. I've checked all the settings on macOS Tahoe.

Anyone else have this? Have apple removed this feature?
