iphone 15 lagging on games ofter using control center

i play games that normally wouldn’t lag my phone but for some reason when i use the control center to play music my game lags and it makes it unplayable i also use apple music and iphone 15 if it helps. I think its because of ios 26 because i haven’t seen this before.
