brother printer setup scam

Just spent almost 2 hours with brother printer support - turned out was a total scam ! Luckily my husband caught on just in time!

maddening! To say the least!

number came up on printer screen to call re tech support to get help fixing problem! - right on my brother site that was having me register! Is there no where you can trust - amazing!

If you used Google to find the info, the top hits and the top ads are unfortunately commonly scams, and malware, and the Artificial Ignorance tool offered over there can too often be quite wrong.

Brother at least has far fewer websites — some of the other printer companies have seemingly dozens, and I’m not sure if those websites are all real or not.
