Unable to cancel subscriptions on Apple Account

I am trying to cancel several subscriptions on my Apple account, but no matter how many times I hit the "Cancel" button, the do not cancel

Wondering which "cancel" button is not responding ... eg: is it a cancel button in an app, or from a merchant, an app developer or distributor, or is it directly from Apple.

(You can cancel iCloud+ in your iCloud storage settings.)
