Your Apple Account is the account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services.
The email address and password you used to sign in here to the community, should also work with iCloud. If not: Below are a few suggestions.

If you haven't already:
(1) Restart your iPhone: (deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections,
may update recent setting changes etc., and often restores order if something is not
working as expected.
(2) Try checking you are signed in to your iPhone with your correct Apple Account details, and see which email address is your primary email address to use with iCloud.
