Countdown timer randomly appears on lock screen

My countdown timer keeps randomly appearing on my lock screen. I have an iPhone 15.

This isn’t when the timer is running. It isn’t counting down. The timer (or alarm or stopwatch) are not being used and the app is force closed. But there it appears in the notifications section on the bottom of my lock screen.

I haven’t purposefully changed any of my settings and this only started to happen when I updated to iOS 26. I reported it as a bug but no reply. Is there a new setting I need to change? It’s very annoying!
