Can’t make outgoing calls after iOS 26 update on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I’ve tried everything that I have researched for answers. I cannot call out After downloading the iOS 26 to my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which has only a eSIM card in the United States. People tell me call blah blah blah. I can’t call I can get calls in. I can send text out. I can do social media, but I cannot call out. I am a truck driver. I can’t even call dispatch I can’t make a call for emergencies nothing I’ve done all the basics the hard reset I’ve done I’ve reloaded my phone. I’ve done network settings. everything try parking your 18 wheeler at AT&T or an Apple Store

As it turns out it blanked out my eSIM card AT&T, my son called them and they did a three-way and they zapped my phone and I turned it off turned it back on and it’s working, but they had to do it you know by three-way with my son calling them. But it completely blanked out my eSIM so that there was none but thank you for offering any help that you could. So there’s that so if anybody else comes across that problem, there’s a solution that way.

Hi, this is not Apple Support. Apple and Apple Support do not participate here. Everyone posting and commenting are fellow Apple users, just like you. Other than walking you through basic troubleshooting steps, which it sounds like you’ve already done, how can I help?

Now, so there’s an understanding what assistance can fellow users offer? This issue will be resolved by either the manufacturer (Apple) or your carrier (AT&T). You will need to talk to one or both of those parties one way or another.

You’re welcome. The transfer and provisioning of eSIMs is a cellular service providers issue. I hope you have a great weekend!
