setting notification "1" randomly appearing and disappearing

Since the last update IOS 26.0.1, my notification appears and disappears randomly on my settings "app". I have tried everything except "resetting" my iPhone 16. Anyone else having this issue?

If the "1" is a white numeral inside a red oval, opening Settings should display the Settings category that you are being notified about. The "1" will appear alongside the category.
