After updating to Sequoia 15.7.1 Update, my dock on the bottom of my screen is no longer showing. Any advise is appreciated.

Press Command-Option-D to toggle Dock visibility. Does it reappear? What do you see in System Settings->Desktop & Dock?
Shut down your Mac and restart in Safe Mode.
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
If fixed restart in normal mode and test.
