Hello. There was a problem activating the iphone 5s. The phone is stitched without any problems. He sees the SIM card. Wi-Fi networks are visible. Can you tell me what to do? I tried to activate it through another iPhone and through iTunes.

You have a totally obsolete iPhone, which Apple no longer supports in any way. This is why you can't connect to the Activation Server. You will simply be continuously disappointed trying to activate this phone. iPhone 5s was released in 2013 - TWELVE years ago. In most of the world it can't be used as a cellphone. Most modern apps won't run on such an old phone, even if you could activate it.
So pragmatically, you accept you have a totally obsolete phone, which isn't useful in the modern world.

The iPhone 5s is obsolete and no longer usable as a phone in most of the developed world.
Most carriers require devices capable of Voice Over IP, which means an iPhone 6 or later at the absolute minimum.
Recycle it and buy a phone that works.

Specifically what error is shown? As stated by others the iPhone 5 is generally no longer supported by most carriers. 2G and 3G networks were shut down in the U.S. three years go. While the 5S supports 4GLTE it does NOT support voice-over-LTE meaning it cannot make phone calls on modern cell networks.
What do you hope to use the iPhone 5S for?

If you have followed all of the instructions including performing the Windows PC or Mac reset and use of Wi-Fi, have contacted your carrier and they have indicated i{hone 5S is still compatible with their network, have contacted Apple Support, and that iPhone is still not activating, then get the iPhone 5S serviced.
Or replace the iPhone 5S with something else.

Apple is not going to activate an obsolete phone.
I have to disagree. Any iphone is activated, unless it's an iOS version. In my situation, the 5s should be easy to activate! But this is not happening.
Bob, i have many iphones from 2G to 7 and they all activated easily. But now the iphone is not activated. And this is not related to apple's inability to activate the device!
How can I activate iPhone 5s?
