iPhone Air call volume too low even at maximum

Hello. I’m experiencing a persistent issue with my iPhone Air: the call volume is extremely low. I can barely hear the other person even with volume at maximum, and any background noise on their end makes conversations almost impossible.

Could you please advise whether this is a known issue and arrange an inspection or replacement? I can’t continue using the phone like this.

So, the solution was simpler than I thought. The screen cover I had installed at the shop was covering the speaker. I removed it, and that fixed the “problem,” lol. Thanks everyone for your attention to my problem!

On normal next to the ear listening did you increase the volume during the call? if so without effect then it could be a fault and the warranty is not limited to the 14 day return period
