Yesterday, I accidentally dropper my phone on a shallow water, and I picked up immediately. It was facing the screen when it was dropped. Now, I noticed that if I toggle the true tone button, if works reverse. If I off, it enables the yellow tone, and if I on, it disables the yellow tone. What can I do to this issue?

Try a forced restart, that resolves many screen issues. It also may fix itself over time, but that is unlikely. You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
