lexus 2025 rx 350 integrated apple music

i am using the built in integrated apple music in my lexus along with a lexus music lovers subscription.

the problem is that more often than not the suggested for you , and new releases screen is blank .

sometimes it will appear for the day and other times vanish for days.

amazon music has no issues .

the thing is i had a 2023 rx500h which had the same issue .

i reloaded all apps to the lexus , i logged in and out of both apple music and the lexus app multiple times .

i tried turning sync on and off .

i even tried it leaving my phone off so we know there are no phone settings involved .

apple music plays fine but it’s just the suggested screen that is blank more often than not
