Transitioning to Apple Care One

Yesterday I purchased a new Apple Watch and the sales person encouraged me to get my Apple Care service using new the combined Apple Care One plan. She assured me all my devices would be transferred to it. How can I verify that all my devices that have active Apple Care plans have been transferred? Failing that, how can I effect that transfer?
