iphone 17 pro purchased yesterday, stuck in boot loop during icloud restore, now wont turn on

I was Trying to restore my Data from my 14 pro to 17 pro, however the screen showed calculating estimated time freezed for an Hour, then when i restarted the phone, it rebooted as fine but asked if i wanted to download my restore through mobile data. I clicked yes and then again there was no restoring process going on. Followed by this. I again restarted the device, only this time it got stuck on the endless apple logo boot loop and now the phone wont start, and only the restore device through wired connection screen appears.
