How to disable Settings Search Suggestions/ Recents?

Issue:

A list of suggestions and recents come up every time I use the search functionality within the settings app. I would like to disable that.

Methods I have tried that did not work:

1) Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Suggest Apps Before Searching (Toggle Off)

This only enables Siri Suggestions in Search (pull down on Home Screen or tap the little search button above the Home Screen dock), not Settings Search (bottom search button within the settings app).

2) Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Suggest Apps Before Searching > Apps > Settings > Learn from this App (Toggle Off)

3) Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Suggest Apps Before Searching > Apps > Settings > Show on Home Screen (Toggle Off)

4) Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Suggest Apps Before Searching > Apps > Settings > Suggest App (Toggle Off)

These only affects Search, not Settings Search.

5) Settings > Search > Show Recent Searches (Toggle Off)

6) Settings > Search > Show Related Content (Toggle Off)

These only affects Search, not Settings Search.

7) Settings > Search > (Scroll down) Settings > Show App in Search (Toggle Off)

8) Settings > Search > (Scroll down) Settings > Show Content in Search (Toggle Off)

These only affects Search, not Settings Search.
