Persistent black Lock Screen on iPhone

My lock screen is staying dim and black no matter what I do. I’ve turned my phone on and off, restarted it, tried making new lock screens, checked all my settings, nothing! It just looks like this. Happens randomly and usually if I restart it fixes itself, but it’s not now.
