My iPhone 11 was fully charged, and it turned off by itself. I tried to turn it on, but it didn't, then it turned on for a minute, and turned off again. It's not turning on. Is it a battery problem? I bought it brand new in Sept/2021.

When was the last time that you had the battery replaced at the Genius Bar or authorized Apple service shop?
If your answer is that the battery has never been replaced, there is about a 99%+ chance that the battery needs to be replaced.
I never had the battery replaced.
