Receiving 'insufficient funds' SMS despite no active subscriptions on Apple Account

Hi, I cancelled all my purchases and I have no active subscriptions, but every day I receive an SMS message from Apple saying “Your recent purchase cannot be completed due to insufficient funds.” Even though I haven’t made any purchases.
