how to get iOSBluetoothLogging.mobileconfig file?

Hello,

I'm currently conducting CarPlay testing, and in the Bluetooth mode connection scenario, I'm unable to capture Bluetooth packets using diagnostic tools due to a certificate expiration issue.

This limitation prevents us from analyzing the Bluetooth communication layer, which is critical for debugging and validation.

Could anyone from Apple or the developer community please advise:

  • Where can we obtain the latest valid Bluetooth logging certificate (e.g., updated iOSBluetoothLogging.mobileconfig)?
  • Is there an official process or portal (such as the Apple Developer website) to request or download it for current iOS versions?

We want to ensure compliance and security, so we’re looking for the official and authorized method to enable Bluetooth logging for development and testing purposes.

Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

For follow-up, you can reach me at: 2********7@qq.com

Best regards,

Hi, this is not Apple Support. Apple and Apple Support do not participate here. Everyone posting and commenting are fellow Apple users, just like you.

These are consumer facing community forums. Developers rarely participate here and as noted above, Apple doesn’t participate either.

You will probably want to join the Apple Developers ($100 USD) and participate in the developer forums.
