iPhone disconnects and restarts during iTunes backup restoration

So recently for the past few days I've been trying to restore my backup and It gives me an error saying "You iPhone disconnected and after that It restarts It self I don't know what to or how I can restore my back up but I've been trying for the past few days and It's driving me insane and I don't know If I can transfer my iTunes backup from phone and restore It that way

Are you using the original Apple USB cable?

If yes, either the backup file is damaged, or there is an iPhone hardware issue.

To rule out a hardware issue, try to set up your iPhone as a new device, without using any backup.

If this works, try again to restore from the backup. In case the error comes back, your backup is defect.

Can you see any other backup files on your computer? If yes, try one other those.
