Apple Music on TV is not playing

I have a problem with Apple Music. I installed the app on our TV — the model is Devant. The app is there and we downloaded it, but it doesn’t play. It’s not working. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I also logged in and out to make sure, but it still doesn’t work. We are from the Philippines and I have a Student Subscription.
