I only have one subscription through Apple that is billed monthly at the rate of 19.99. However, the last two months they have charged me $19.99 twice. I have the receipt and charge to my Apple card- I was charged 19.99 twice in one day. What can I do? I requested a refund and it was denied. It is not fair that they are charging me twice when it is evident I only have one subscription at the price of 19.99 per month.

Do both charges appear as coming from "apple.com/bill" on your payment method? If so, have you verified the second charge is actually for ChatGPT?

Is one of the charges coming from ChatGPT directly? If so, then you have 2 subscriptions, one through Apple and the other through ChatGPT, pick one and cancel the other. The one from ChatGPT would need to be cancelled directly with them on their website, as Apple has no connection to that one.
